“My Adventure Map” is a booklet-style map featuring the event course,with space to write down spots you’d like to visit along the way.
Feel free to create your own personal adventure map!

The “After Party Lounge Admission Ticket” grants entry to the “CABIN ROOM” indoor area at the after-party venue,”KIRANAH GARDEN.”
You are free to use the seating in the area, and with heating provided,you can relax and enjoy the space even during colder seasons.

The luggage transportation service is a service that transports large items from the start venue (SHIBUYA SKY) to the finish venue (KIRANAH GARDEN).
You can drop off your luggage at the Shibuya Scramble Square 1st floor before the start.
A 70L bag will be provided for your belongings.

Participation Rules

  • Please be mindful of vehicles, follow traffic signals, and always walk on the sidewalk to comply with traffic rules.
  • In urban areas and similar locations, please avoid walking side by side to not obstruct other pedestrians or cyclists.
  • Be considerate of pedestrians and cyclists to avoid hindering their movement.
  • When walking on roads without sidewalks, walk in a single file, paying extra attention to safety.
  • Participants who are found to have violated the following rules will be disqualified and will not be eligible for a refund of their participation fee:
    • Participants who violate the participation terms and conditions
    • Participants who falsify their qualifications, age, or gender, or participate by impersonating the applicant
    • Participants who fail to follow the instructions of event staff
    • Participants who exceed the designated checkpoints or time limits
    • Participants who discard trash outside of the designated trash bins along the course
  • Using a smartphone while walking is dangerous. Please stop at a safe location if you need to check your phone or perform any actions on it.
  • As it gets dark after sunset, we recommend carrying something that glows or reflective materials for safety.
  • Running or walking in a manner that appears as running is prohibited.
  • Entering private property or taking breaks on private land is not allowed. Please refrain from resting in parking lots or spaces in front of stores, such as convenience stores, if it causes any inconvenience to the store.

Participation Terms and Conditions

Participation Agreement

The following terms and conditions apply to participants in the “Sunrise to Sunset Walk” (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”). By applying to participate in the Event, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Participation Application

To participate in the Event, you must apply for one of the available courses. Agreement to the terms and conditions of the Event is required to participate. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you will not be able to apply for the Event. By submitting your application, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
If payment is not completed by the specified deadline, you will lose your right to participate in the Event.
Once payment is completed, cancellations due to personal reasons are not allowed.
The cost of transportation, accommodation, and any other expenses associated with attending the Event are the responsibility of the participant.

Exemption from Liability

The organizers (R-bies Co., Ltd., Asics Trading Co., Ltd., and Nippon Television Network Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “the organizers”) may cancel or alter all or part of the Event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, infections, or changes in social conditions. In such cases, the organizers are not responsible for any refund of the participation fee or compensation for damages.

Prohibited Actions

  • Course changes, cancellations, transfer of rights, and name changes after application due to personal reasons (including illness or infection control) are not allowed. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or delays due to personal reasons, transportation delays, or other reasons not attributable to the organizers.
  • If the number of applications exceeds the limit, even if the payment is completed within the deadline, applications may become invalid depending on the payment date. In such cases, the participant will be refunded according to the method specified by the organizers.
  • Falsifying age, gender, or other details, or participating under someone else’s name (proxy participation) is not allowed. If this is discovered, the participant will be disqualified, and the organizers will decide on penalties, which the participant cannot dispute. The organizers are not responsible for any medical assistance or refunds for fraudulent participants.
  • Participants must comply with public manners and traffic rules.
  • Aerial filming with unmanned aerial vehicles such as drones, helicopters, or multi-copters is prohibited above the Event venue or course.
  • Alcohol consumption during the Event is not allowed. Please refrain from consuming alcohol during the Event.

Pre-Consent

By applying for the Event, participants agree to the following:

  • The participant is in good health, without heart disease or other illnesses, and has undertaken sufficient training to participate in the Event, taking personal responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the Event.
  • If the organizers determine that the participant is unable to continue the competition, the participant will immediately comply with the organizers’ instructions to discontinue the competition and follow all safety and operational instructions provided by the organizers.
  • In case of injury or illness during the Event, the participant agrees to receive first aid and waives any responsibility for the methods, progress, or outcomes of such treatment from the organizers.
  • The organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or other damages that are not caused by the organizers’ fault, and in cases where the organizers are at fault, compensation is limited to the scope covered by the organizers’ insurance, excluding intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  • If the participant is a minor, the guardian must approve their participation in the Event. If the participant is entering as part of a team (via a representative), the team leader must consent to the participant’s involvement.
  • The participant consents to the use of their personal information (name, age, gender, results, and image) in media such as newspapers, television, magazines, websites, and pamphlets, and agrees that the organizers hold the rights to such media usage.
  • Participants may not display corporate names, product names, or trademarks on clothing or equipment for promotional purposes during the Event.
  • Participants must comply with public manners and traffic rules while participating in the Event.

Handling of Personal Information

R-bies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “R-bies”) will manage and handle the personal information provided by participants appropriately, as outlined below:

①Personal Information Collected for the Event
Name, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, walking-related data.

②Purpose of Using Personal Information
The personal information collected during the Event application process will be used to improve services for participants, including event notifications, operations, results announcements, related information, and future event details. It may also be used for communication regarding the event or any related matters.

③Joint Use of Personal Information
This Event is jointly organized by R-bies, Asics Trading Co., Ltd., and Nippon Television Network Corporation. R-bies may share the collected information with Asics Trading, its parent company Asics Corporation, and Nippon Television Network Corporation for the purposes of product announcements, service development, event communication, and marketing.

④Management of Personal Information
R-bies takes responsibility for managing personal information and will not provide it to third parties without consent unless required by law. For inquiries or requests regarding the disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal data, please contact the following:

If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, you cannot apply for participation in the Event. Moreover, if you violate any part of the agreement, your right to participate in the Event will be forfeited.
